At GLTRverse, every order is prepared with care. Because our products are cosmetic, we follow a strict policy to ensure hygiene and fairness for everyone.

All Sales Are Final

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations or modifications after your order is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gltrverse.com or via WhatsApp.

To process your request, please provide clear photos or videos of the item, photos of the packaging, and your proof of delivery date. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund where applicable. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund. Any item with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Product Appearance

We do our best to represent our products accurately. Slight variations in color, intensity, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or individual application. Results may vary depending on skin type. These are not considered defects.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. GLTRverse is not liable for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, GLTRverse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If the order is returned to us, a new delivery fee will apply.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or repeated abuse.
